A portrait i did of Davina Decampo in Her Iconic Blue tarp Design Challenge Dress,
The bright red wig against the blue tarp creates a high contrast that makes the whole look pop. It’s eye-catching and dramatic, like something out of a futuristic editorial. I love The way she worked the tarp into sculptural, avant-garde shapes that makes it look like something a top designer would send down the runway.
The materials are ridiculous, but the execution is polished. It has that perfect balance of humour and sophistication, which is classic Davina, then the clean makeup, overall styling minimal. That contrast between raw material and polished presentation makes it look....Just so Good, it was a total Wow moment i had to draw this moment <3
